As an analytical problem solver, I’ve led large-scale enterprise-based design and UX products for leading brands worldwide. For fifteen-plus years I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some brilliant folks at start-ups and established companies. Dedicated to achieving user and business goals through design thinking, collaborative and innovative means, across extremely diverse, international populations. I am a great communicator, love to learn, and learn by doing, failing, and relearning. 

PROFESSIONAL

Wells Fargo  Senior Software Designer / Global Risk and Compliance • May 2022 – Present 

• Going through a complete tech stack and UX redesign, I led all UX workshops and Enterprise UX design for hi-profile, complex, internal bank-facing products. 

• Work closely with business, development, and our users to establish an intuitive company-wide UX, a consistent design system, and integrated multiple products within a unified holistic experience. 

• Present and communicate the thought processes, design, and UX rationale based on empirical evidence, user interviews, and feedback via rapid prototyping. I design for and adhere to ADA compliance throughout. 

• Still in development, time will be saved by streamlining multiple complex workflows into one unified experience spanning multiple bank products. No more need to train users on different inconsistent systems. Costs will be saved by deploying universal updates, reducing unsatisfied employee turnover, and less technical debt. 


Bank of America  Senior UX Enterprise Designer / Employee Experience • Sep 2021 - Nov 2022
 

• Completed a total UX audit of underperforming internal software. Performed user research and analysis, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, and documented findings to make UX recommendations. 

• Created and employed a reusable, component-based design system across multiple software applications folded into one unified bank-facing product.  

• Synthesized all user research to construct sketches, wireframes, rapid prototypes, and the complete end-to-end experience. By delivering functional react-based designs, we saved time and costs by drastically reducing development time and effort. 
 

AT&T / DirecTV  Senior UX Strategy Designer / Global Strategy & DirecTV • Sep 2019 - Sep 2021 

• In UX Strategy, I worked in the future space of new initiatives and thought-out the overall vision and approach of how we want to be aligned in the customer-facing market. Big ideas and Google Design Sprints were practiced.  

• Met daily with multiple teams striving for new ideas and opportunities via innovative and progressive design thinking. I created and presented “best idea” approaches in various fidelity through design, rapid prototyping, and testing with existing and non-existing customers.  

• Engaged stakeholders and Senior Management via storytelling and strong communication skills, articulating the impact and supporting decisions with grace, best UX practices, and data.
