Case Study 00: Financial Institution Restriction Trading Platform
This is an in-progress, two-year project to establish a standard bank-wide UX and unify the trading restriction process. This reduced the number of hand-offs between teams from 3 to 1. Reduction in the number of systems a Control Room user needs from 3 to 1.

Projected to save AT&T -/+ $10 million annually in fraudulent losses, and generate -/+ $14 million annually by retaining new acquisitions within the by-flow. Completely thrilled would-be new customers (in user-testing) by recommending alternative downpayment and/or mobile device options.
Case Study 02: AT&T International Travel Plan
AT&T customers can now effortlessly add international features to a wireless plan. Scanning, comparing, and enhancing understanding of add on plans are now simplified reducing upper funnel abandonment. Effectively unified the add on experience across both account and upper funnel pathways.
Case Study 03: Everest Global Insurance Data Visualization
Employee turnover and extreme displeasure due to legacy, disjointed, and divided enterprise products damage Everest Global. Creating a consistent use of color, language, and interaction reduced internal churn and constructed a single outcome across multiple environments.
Mini Case Study 04: MEALPAL email promo
MEALPAL offered a landing page design challenge where 10 lucky people have a chance to dine with Bobby Flay, celebrity chef and restaurateur. I pushed it to include an acquisition and engagement strategy.

UI 00: SaaS Haymarketmedia Campaign Dashboard
Real-time updated advertising performance tracking dashboard. Proved successful and has been licensed and sold as a SaaS product.
UI 02: Haymarketmedia Content Design Websites
At this critical time with failing advertising revenue, I was able to overhaul the content design experience for 100% ad viewability–resulting- 25% increase in impression inventory, and for some sites–at least 25% increase in total PVs across site and mobile (approximate gain of 100,000 PVs/month).
